Sc Woman Still Left Napping Young Child In Hot Car While He 'gets Grumpy'

CLOVER, SOUTH CAROLINA  A mom has been charged with child neglect following police point out she still left her some years old child within a hot vehicle Wednesday evening at a South Carolina grocery store.
In accordance with WBTV, Sarah Ruth West, 23, was arrested Thursday and billed with outlawed neglect of any child.
Based on Clover authorities, a customer documented seeing the particular boy by yourself in an automobile with the windows up. The automobile was not working.
The witness told police the child was asleep, red and perspiring.
The incident was reported to law enforcement and the staff at the Bi-Lo grocery store. Police say the see spotted Western leaving their grocer and entering the car that this child was at.
Police say the witness informed West she had known as someone regarding the child inside the vehicle plus said Western left your local store.
Investigators were able to get a description of the automobile from the witness and begun a traffic stop.
Right after West had been stopped, police say the girl told them she had left the child inside for about five minutes and that the child has been sleeping. The girl told law enforcement the child becomes grumpy and he or she did not wish to wake the particular toddler.
The kid did not need medical treatment in addition to DSS placed the boy with one more family member, according to Clover Police.
West was booked in the Grass Justice Center and is being held on the 10, 500 bond.
